Policy terms and conditions
CASH ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
The buyer makes 50% payment when they place the order for a specific product
After 50% payment the buyer or client must expect order within 10 working days.
DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- No livestock will be delivered without full payment.
- Delivery of cash stock is within 2weeks
- Delivery of Stokvel livestock is within 2 months turnaround time.
- Delivery will be charged per kilometer.
- We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if your delivery address is remote or to request the customer to come and pick up the order if delivery is not feasible.
INTAKE MAXI:
Imvelo stokvel can only take up to so much number of clients per stokvel.
Once maximum number has been reached, all other clients will be put on waiting list.
RETURN POLICY:
A client may return their stock if not satisfied within 2 weeks of delivery at no cost to him or her.
Client who claim to have been given wrong stock may return livestock.

Procedure to claim:
Log into your custom account
Go to “ Refund request”
Fill in all necessary information (reason why you request refund)
Once all has been captured, your refund amount will be spread over 3months.
Cases where Imvelo pays all monthly installments including registration fee.
- Valid customer Number
- Incase of death, beneficiary or relatives with same surname are expected to provide us with affidavit and a copy of death certificate.
- When Imvelo group farmers has over 3 months without delivery.
- When alternative options to select or chose from are not in good condition.
Note: Failure to adhere on the above will result in your refund not being processed.
Cases where a clients forfeit their registration: registration fee is for the purpose of feed, insurance, headman, security and medication.
- When a client cancels sighting financial problems on his or her side.
- When a client panics due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, animal sickness and transport breakdowns) yet still within 3months of our turnaround time.
